The main reason is that I only practice once a week...&lt;br /&gt;Switching recently to &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"  style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Ashtanga&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; beginners (the class and teacher where it all started) we had Cathy Moran teaching one class. She told us about a new course she would be doing at Yoga Glasgow called&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; &lt;a href="http://www.yogaglasgow.com/workshops.html"&gt;"&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.yogaglasgow.com/workshops.html"&gt;Foundation course in &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;Ashtanga&lt;/span&gt; Yoga"&lt;/a&gt; and I was immediately hooked. The reason is that I still can't do the sun solution properly (Plank?! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"  style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Pff&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;...as if) and it's always good to go back to where you started. Then I swapped to the monday class Beginner's yoga (Hatha) teached by Flo &amp;amp; Glen and that's my fixed date ever since.&lt;br /&gt;If I can't make a class, I feel it and ever since I started I swore to myself to do more at home. But failed many times with that. Books about yoga have been bought, read and put aside but now I will try to bring it more into my live and weekly regime.
